It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Higgs of Forestville, New York, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Higgs to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry B. Higgs, Jr.; and her granddaughter Abigail Higgs. She is survived by: her children, Carol Burdette (late David) of Virginia, Dale Higgs (Cathleen) of Forestville and Donald Higgs (Marcy) of Olean, N. Y.; her grandchildren, David Schwerk (Sarah), Janet Schwerk, Donald Higgs, Jr., Ian Higgs and Theodore Higgs; and her great grandchildren, Lucy and Zoe Schwerk.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to Covid-19 restrictions.
