He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Sullivan and Alex Tarbell; his daughters, Ambrosia and Taylor Sullivan; his aunts and uncles, Rosetta McClairy, Marion Meadows, Rena Clarke, Tom Sullivan, Pamela Notartomaso, Terri Sullivan, Billy Sullivan, Pearl Wilson and Patty Sullivan; and his close friend Terri Bucktooth. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, many friends.
