It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon R. Osborne of Forestburgh, New York, born in Suffern, New York, who passed away on April 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Osborne and Frances Hand; and his daughter Linda Buchta. He is survived by: his children, Vincent Osborne, Jean Ann Gloss and Dolores Lampman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
