Hiram Kasten Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hiram Kasten (Forest Hills, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Hiram left this world on June 16, 2024 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Mildred "Marsha" Polansky Kastenbaum; his sister Sari Spector Kastenbaum; his mother-in-law Lois Quartley Kisiel; and his brother-in-law Kim Henry Kisiel. He is survived by : his father Samuel "Jimmie" Kastenbaum; his father-in-law Henry John Kisiel; his friends, Lori Field, Elaine Benes (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), Jim Vallely, Ron Zimmerman and Jerry Seinfeld; his close friends, Paul Reiser, Larry Miller, Mark Schiff, Michael Richards and Mario Joyner; his children, Tzvi Hersh and Millicent Jade Kastenbaum of Manhattan; his wife Diana Kisiel Kastenbaum of Batavia; and his brother-in-law Kevin John Kisiel of Rochester. He is also survived by cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Schwartz Brothers-Jeffers Memorial Chapel.
