He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Collins and Erma Sitterly Collins; his siblings, Daryl Collins, Val Collins and Gaynell Bujanowski; and his grandson Chad Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Collins, Kevin Collins (Tracey), Claudia Collins, Rondalynn Gill (Edward) and Melisa Feinour (Alex); his brother Brett Collins (Nancy); his sister-in-law Nancy Murkey Collins; his grandchildren, Courtney Collins, Christopher Collins, Corey Collins, Jeremy Gill, Joshua Gill, Jonathan Gill, Tia Feinour, Keegan Feinour, Maegen Collins and Ryan Collins; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Alexis, Nicholas, Jalyn, Brooke, Meadow, Willow and Kalani. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
