He was predeceased by: his spouse Pasqua De Carlo. He is survived by: his daughters, Giovanna Maria Gulas (Michael), Maria Olsen (Kevin) and Angela De Carlo-Quinlan (Scott Quinlan); his grandchildren, Robert, Victoria (Alex), Samantha, Nicholas and Thomas; and his siblings, Vito, Teresa, Maria, Angelina, Pasquetina and Giovannina.
