He was predeceased by: his father Constantinos Mantinaos. He is survived by: his son Roman (Dianna); his mother Georgia Mantinaos; his brothers, Frank Mantinaos, Michael Mantinaos and John Mantinaos; and his wife Dianna Amisano.

In 2010 he started his own practice Into white Dental Arts PLLC, which he sold just before the pandemic.
