She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Wiley; and her husband John Joseph Kenah. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles, Patricia, Margaret, Judy, Florence, Jean, Helen and James; her children, Marianne Kenah-Ostrander, John Joseph Kenah Jr. and Steven James Kenah (Monica Kenah); her grandchildren, Michael Ostrander (Brittany Ostrander), Christopher Ostrander, Tyler Ostrander, Steven George Kenah, Patrick Kenah, Brittany and Kimberly Kenah; and her great grandchildren, Nyella and RJ.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial donations be made in France's name to stroke.org. Keep Frances 's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
