He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slavinski and Elizabeth Valley Slavinski; his daughter Wendy Slavinski; and his siblings, Florence, Frances, Theresa, Helen, Celia, Carol and Frank Slavinski.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Greenfield; his children, Susan Crane (Dale Howell) of Arizona, Lisa Slavinski of Florida and Mark Slavinski (Claire) of Franklinville; his grandchildren, Michael Crane, Sara Crane, Anna Slavinski and William "Billy" Slavinski; his great grandchild Matthew Crane; and his sister Sister Catherine of Dominican Nuns. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
