He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Leo Jr. and Barbara Linabury Leo. He is survived by: his wife Diane Clune; and his siblings, Charles Leo, James Leo, Thomas Leo (Barbara) and Barbara Leo (Bob).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to the Goshen Historical Race Track, 44 Park Place, Goshen, NY 10924 or to the American Legion Post No.1250, Cohen Circle, Florida NY 10921.
