She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Wheaton and Ina Wheaton (Gamet); her former husband Ed Monahan; her husband Forrest Leach; her son-in-law Stanley Parks; her brother Harold; her sister-in-law Inez Wheaton; and her grandchildren, Lisa Hendrickson Smith and Michael Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her former spouse Adrian D. Allen Jr. (A. D.); and her children, Christine (Glenn Hendrickson), Donald (Mary Allen) and Dorothy Parks of Springwater, NY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
