She is survived by: her children, Michele Kozireski (Wayne), Thomas Lysack (Michele) and David Lysack (Lisa); her grandchildren, Matthew Kozireski, Ben Kozireski, Jason Lysack, Susan Freitas, Jordan Lysack, Jake Lysack (Emily) and Elizabeth Asbach (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Mason and David; and her sisters, Janet R. Roth and Lillian Sieczek (Robert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
