He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Evans. He is survived by: his children, Erin Hajostek, Lindsey Evans and Scott Evans Jr.; his mother Patricia Evans; and his siblings, Michael Evans (Jackie), Michelle Parks (late Gary), Leslie Vogel (late Jack), Gregg Evans (Susan) and Thomas Evans (Pam). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
