She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Catherine Haughney Duffy of County Tyrone; her husband William J. McGrath; her son William J. McGrath, Jr.; and her sisters, Catherine, Dorothy, Winifred and Margaret.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Marie; her children-in-law, Thomas Finnerty of Elmira and Melinda McGinty McGrath of Florida; and her grandchildren, Thomas, Jr. Finnerty (Kelly) of Canton, Margaret DiMeglio (Richard) of Charlottesville, VA., William Finnerty (Kristie), Peter Finnerty (Amy) of Elmira, NY, Jennifer Harvey (Randy) of Texas, Carrie Harrison of Texas, Kathryn Early (Clint) of Texas, Brian McGrath of Texas, Meaghan Jordan (Marc) of Texas and Anne McGrath of California. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and the Byrne Family first cousins.
