He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Chamberlain and Julia Chamberlain (Whaley); his brother Thomas Chamberlain; his sister-in-law Betty Chamberlain; his sister Mary Benoit; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Benoit and Leonard Roberts.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Taylor; and his sisters, Jane Roberts and Judy Broderick (Murray). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations in Dick's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
