He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin Heter Sr. and Marin Kozywz Heter; his son Raymond W. Heter (Linda) of Spring Hill, FL; his wife Ruth Russett Heter; and his daughter Catherine Heter Cushing. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
