He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Jacobs Bosch; his siblings, Mary, David and Ted; and his grandson Paul Baeverstad.
He is survived by: his sister Marthena; his children, Philip Bosch (Mary), Katie Baeverstad (Mark), Paul Bosch (Pamela) and Stephen Bosch; and his sisters-in-law, Sue, Marge and Kathy. He is also survived by friends and family.
