He was predeceased by: his parents, C. P. James and Beatrice Irene Whatley James; and his wife Ruby. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Ronald James and Velma Wood. He is also survived by daughter; seven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
