He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Pizzo; his stepmother Barbara Quitaldi; his brother James Quitaldi; and his father-in-law Frank Johnson. He is survived by: his father Anthony Quitaldi; his children, Carrie Lyon (Dave) and Kyle Whitbourne; his grandchildren, Joshua Lyon, Andrew Lyon and Hannah Lyon; and his siblings, Glen Walter, Donald Walter, Karen Quitaldi and Robert Quitaldi (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
