He was predeceased by: his father Paul R. Victory (Mac); and his sister Dale. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Victory (Engle) of Fulton; his fiancée Maria Miller of Port Richey, Florida; his daughters, Cassie Stevens (Ray) of Martville and Kaylee Searor (Amy) of Oswego; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Stevens, Shelby Stevens, Marissa Searor, Raymond Stevens and Emmet Searor; his great grandchild Skylar Rae Stevens; and his siblings, Kevin Victory (Andrea) of Phoenix, NY, Martin Victory (Janet) of Oswego Town, Cindy Scruton (Jack) of Hannibal Town, Karen O'Grady of Hannibal and Shari Giles (Bill) of Hannibal Town. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
