She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Shanley; her daughter-in-law Linda Kulak Czubak; and her godmother Ciouci Mary. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Deborah Czubak and Richard E. Czubak; her grandsons, Zachary and Dylan Czubak; her brother Ronald Shanley (Janine); her sister-in-law Lorraine DeLade; and her cousin Joseph Mruczek. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
