She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances E. Heter and Joseph Lempka; her sisters, Frances J. Dever and Pearl E. Lempka; her brother-in-law John P. Dever Sr.; her nephew Edward J. Lempka Jr.; and her great-niece Amanda Megan Dever.
She is survived by: her siblings, Adele M. Lempka of Florida, NY and Edward J. Lempka (Brenda) of Florida, NY; her nephews, John P. Dever Jr. (Ruth) of Midlothian, VA, James E. Dever (Harriett) of Milford, PA, Richard M. Dever (Jane) of Florida, NY and Vincent R. Lempka (Carol) of Florida, NY; her great-nephews, Michael J. Dever, Ryan J. Lempka and Alex C. Lempka; and her great-niece Leaida A. Dever. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
