He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Langworthy and Freda Dickerson Langworthy; his wife Nancy White; his brothers, Frank P. Langworthy and Randy L. Langworthy; and his nephew Neil B. Langworthy III.
He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Ingalls Bolivar (William), Regina Copenhaver Richburg (John), Jeffrey Langworthy Richburg (Brenda) and Kevin Langworthy Chipley (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
