It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew P. Gambino (Florida, New York), who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Natale Gambino and Francesca Gambino (Camachi); his wife Gloria Gallagher; his brother Peter Gambino; his stepson Edward Robinson; his sons, Matt Gambino (Patricia) of Greenville, SC, Peter Gambino (Candy Brundu) of Hornell and Michael Gambino (William Booth) of Lake Worth, FL; and his stepchildren, Bell Steiner of Clewiston, FL and Clarence "Bub" Robinson of Arkport. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; several nieces & nephews.
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic there will be no calling hours.
Matt's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to St. Ann's Academy, 41 Genesee St., Hornell, NY 14843.
