She is survived by: her father Nicholas Casa (Dee); her sons, Michael and Russell Phillips; her fiancé Edward Rhodes; and her siblings, Karen Coontz (Mickey), Nick Casa (Kathy) and James Casa (MaryLynn). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
