She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Forbes and Mary Forbes (Tero); her son Dale A. Bowman; and her siblings, Joyce Forbes Lanphere and Hubert "Babe" Forbes, Jr..
She is survived by: her granddaughter Nicole Phillips; her sons, Gerald Forbes (Diane) of Forestport, NY, Timothy Bowman (Brenda) of Ilion and Keith Bowman of Ilion; her daughter-in-law Tara Bowman; and her sister Roberta Forbes-Ingraham (Gary) of Ilion. She is also survived by grandchildren and her adored great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins, along with friends.
