It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise C. Whelan (Florida, New York), who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glady Holmes (Burton) and Henry Holmes; her husband Timothy F. Whelan of Port Richey, Florida; her daughter Jennepher Fink (Charles) of Niagara Falls, NY; and her grandchildren, Rene, Nathan and Jonathan Fink.
