With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Roy Wood of Florida, New York, who passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wood and Gladys Wood of Florida; his sister Grace Petrillo; and his parents-in-law, Fred, Dottie Smith, Norman, Eva Jean Smith, Ken Smith, Auston Davis, Charles Buchalski, Frank Weeden and Joe Kowalczyk.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Wood; his children, Daniel Wood (Dana) of Moss Bluff, Louisiana and Janet Williams (Harold) of Athens, Alabama; his siblings, Joan Krajewski of Montgomery, Corinne Weeden of Florida and Thomas Wood (Joann) of Mineville; his sisters-in-law, Doris Smith and Laverna Davis; and his grandchildren, Candice Brown (Jacob), Shelby Wood and Colton Wood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
