He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth R. Patrick, Sr.; and his mother-in-law Marilyn Putnam. He is survived by: his mother Betty J. Patrick (Keck); his wife Susan; his son Ryan; his sister Deborah Munger (Fran); his father-in-law Thomas Putnam; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Crisafulli (John), Janet Dumas (Dennis), Diane Bartholomew (Frank) and Thomas Putnam Jr. (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
