It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julius Hansen of Florida, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Florence; and his siblings, Millard Hansen (Mary), Jerold Hansen (Doris) and Ruth Sardelli (Joseph). He is survived by: his son-in-law Mark; his daughters, Bonnie Valachovic (Jack), Janet Hansen (Bill Kaiser) and Karen McConnell (Mark); his brother Charles Hansen (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Patrick Oare (Meghan), Christian Oare (Julie), Emily Cox (Wesley), Chloe Hansen-Toone (Joseph Gould), Trever and Anna McConnell. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
