He was predeceased by: his parents, John Porvaznik and Maria Porvaznik (Mucha); his wife Carol; and his siblings, Cyril, Lawrence, David, Andrew Porvaznik and Mary Jane Zamichieli.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Ewing; his grandson Shawn Wiggen of Leonardtown, MD; his son John Porvaznik III; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandsons, Kameron, Daemon and Michael Porvaznik of Cary, NC; and his siblings, Paul Porvaznik (Cherylanne) of Middletown, NY, Daniel Porvaznik of Junction City, OH, Stephanie Dragonette of Somerset, OH, Susan Estes (John) of Liverpool, NY, Teresa Horton (Charles) of Florida, NY and Patricia Hill (Gary) of New Hampton, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
