He was predeceased by: his parents, John Danchak Sr. and Katherine Danchak (Ewvonision); his brother David Danchak; and his wife Kay Danchak. He is survived by: his son John Danchak; his grandchildren, Brayden and Addyson of Milltown, NJ.; his children, William Danchak (Karen Casucci) of Port St and Liane Danchak (Robert Cyle Levy) of Honesdale, PA.; and his nephew David Danchak Jr..
