He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Bartlett and Hazel Bartlett (Cole); his sister Myrna Kazalski (Bartlett); his brother-in-law Jordan Kazalski; his daughter Julia A. Bartlett; and his stepson Timothy L. Gibbs.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Audrey Pratt; his daughters, Michelle Zuk and Lisa Bartlett; his stepson Tom Gibbs; his grandchildren, Jessica Zuk, Nicole Zuk, Skyler Zuk, Natalie Gibbs, Rachel Massey and Noah Gibbs; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Miles, Sofia, Dillon, Leo and Marceline; and his great great grandchild Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be sent to the United Presbyterian Church of East Guilford, PO Box 147 Sidney, NY 13838.
