Slate; her former husband Allen Rushlow; and her children, Richard L. Slate (Linda Belile), Raymond K. (Katherine Slate), Rita, Thomas Jansen and Doris Riley. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
