He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harland G. Vowinkel and Ethel M. Vowinkel. He is survived by: his daughter Marissa Vincent; his grandchildren, Mina Vincent-Groves and Paislee Wodzinski; his sister Marlene Filsinger (Brian); and his nephews, Dr. Daren Filsinger and Dr. Peter Filsinger (Krista). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
