She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Davis and Dorothy Akins Davis; her husband John H. Rysdyke; and her siblings, Leonard, Louis, Ben and Louise Halstead.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Burlum of New Jersey, Dr. Robert Danner of Bethesda, MD and Brenda Straub (Charlie) of Montgomery, NY; her grandchildren, Sam, Matt, Ruthann Burlum and Rachel Danner; and her siblings, Margaret Hedden, Molly Spears and Keith Davis. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
