She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slesinski and Elizabeth Michalowski Slesinski; her husband Ray Rutkowski; and her siblings, John Slesinski and Adele Kurdyla.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia L. Zak (Tom), Darlene Fuller (Mike Cosentino) and Melanie Bilancione (John); and her granddaughters, Sara Tkazyik (John), Heather Wolfe (Kent) and Aimee Bilancione. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
