He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mikulski and Tekla Golemboski Mikulski; his siblings-in-law, Dolores Mikulski, Ann Shuback, Marion and Helen Shuback; his siblings, John, Raymond Mikulski, Stella Mudrick and Antoinette Carroll; and his brother-in-law Steve Mudrick Jack Carroll.
He is survived by: his caregiver Elizabeth "Betty" Shuback Mikulski; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Doris Tomczak (Rich), Frank Mikulski, JoAnn Jados (Louie) and Floyd Mikulski; and his grandchildren, Rich (Sarah), Joseph Tomczak (Jessica Mikulski Verma), Jacqueline Tomczak Ferina (Kayla Mikulski), Kristen Jados (Emily Jados Myers) and Ashley Mikulski (Bryan Mikulski). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
