He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his son-in-law Joe Jacek; and his great grandchild Shelby Tipping. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan (Michael Murray), Mary (Robert Booth) and Lisa Jacek; his grandchildren, Kristin Tipping, Robert, Mary Christine Booth, Ryan, Meredith Murray, Scott Booth, Brian, Alyssa Jacek, Amanda and Jack Truman; and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Owen Tipping, Marissa, Kevin Booth, Tatum, Reese, Corbin Murray, Gabriel Jacek and Charli Jo Truman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the following foundations which were near and dear to his heart in order to support further research for Alzheimer's and SIDS.
