With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis E. Balcom (Florida, New York), who passed away on August 20, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arthur Balcom, Ernest Balcom, Irene Jette and Marie Balcom. He is survived by: his spouse Theresa E. Balcom (Pepin); his son Steven F. Balcom (Aneta) of Weeki Wachee, FL.; his stepson Phillip Sampson of Delmar, MD.; his sister Jeanette Jette (Emile) of Brookfield; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jasmin, Karen Hidalgo, Kevin, Kris Keyes, Robert and David Sampson; and his parents, Grant Balcom and Jeanette Balcom (Bouffard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
