He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred G. Marks and Elizabeth Peters Marks; his sister Betty Lou Hoffman; his sibling-in-law Charol "Chuck" Hoffman; and his cousin Donald Marks.
He is survived by: his children, Darla Hall (Bob) of Wallkill, NY, Bridget Marks-Lanier (Brian) of Covington, GA and David Marks of Hemet, CA; his grandchildren, Christopher Hall, Nicholas Hall, Mitchel Hall, Victoria Hall, Michael Lanier (Erica) and Emma Lanier; his great grandchildren, Colton Hall, Audrey Smolenski and Willow Hall; and his nephew Charles Jones.
