He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Upright and Edythe Keller Upright. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" Upright; his sons, David Upright, Kevin Upright of Florida and Mark Upright (Pam) of Vermont; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Troy, Matthew, Sydney, Jordan, Jacob and Emma; and his sister Dale Weed (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
