He is survived by: his parent Carmela Rea Percuoco; his children, Charlene Wielk (Michael) and John Robert Percuoco (Susan); and his grandchildren, Michele Szymanski (Thaddeus), Stephanie Mazzella (Anthony), Erin Garolis and Michael Garolis. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
