She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Lefty" DeLavic and Katherine DeLavic; and her husband Ernest Lackey Jr.. She is survived by: her son James Skinner (Gina); and her sister Louise Angers. She is also survived by 4 grandsons and 7 great grandchildren.
