He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Kosinski and John Kosinski; and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his daughter Anne (Christopher); his grandchildren, Anna and Hayley; his son Andrew (Christine); his grandchildren, Colin and Riley; his son Jonathan (Kaitlin); his granddaughters, Hazel and Violet; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.
