James Henry Gaitings Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Henry Gaitings (Floral Park, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Colleen and Maureen; his grandchildren, Eddie, Kathleen, Megan and Shane; his great grandchildren, Tristan and Evelyn; and his siblings, Betty, Gail and Josephine.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home (29 Atlantic Ave, Floral Park, NY 11001). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Our Lady of the Snows RC Church (258-15 80th Ave, Floral Park, NY 11004). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
