He was predeceased by: his significant other Agnes; his daughters, Anne Kiyoizumi (Taka) and Frances; and his sister Helen Streiter (Bernard). He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Noreen) and Jane; his grandchildren, Ryan, Emika and AJ; his great grandchild Grayson; and his brother Gerald (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
