She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Augustus Christian Salembier and Florence Busteed; her husband Elwyn; her daughter Claudia A. Russell; her son-in-law Clarence Russell; her grandchildren, Madisen Russell (Maddy), Jameson Russell, Kyle Russell (Stephanie Russell) and Robert Russell; her cousins, Sandra Delaney of Winter Haven, Robert Salembier of Plattsburgh and Eileen Spickler of Mechanicville; and also, Anthony J. Breault, Octavia Russell, Kourtney Russell, Catie Blake, Leisa Russell Oles and Jennifer Russell Oles.

Face covering and social distancing will be necessary.

The family will gladly accept flowers or donations in her memory to the American Cancer Society, the North Country Association for the Visually Impaired (NCAVI), or the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
