She was predeceased by: her uncle Billy Needrith, Sr.; and her grandfather Dayton Fekert. She is survived by: her parents, James Fekert and Mary Lou Browne-Fekert; her sister Raegan; her grandparents, James, Carolyn Browne and Joan Fekert; her aunts and uncles, Dennis (Kelly Fekert), Colleen (Michael Magarian), Patti Ann (Michael Ronan), Robert (Tracy Fekert) and Ellen Needrith; her great-aunt Iris Fekert (Raegan); and her cousins, Shane, Cole Fekert, Molly, Diana Magarian, Nicole, Billy Needrith (Christa), Connor Ronan and Patrick Spaugh (Stephanie). She is also survived by other great-aunts and uncles.

Delanie danced all through grammar school, high school, college and graduate school, only hanging up her shoes when the Covid pandemic hit.
