He was predeceased by: his spouse Iliana "Elaine" Francesconi Loumeau; his parents, Eugene and Madeleine of Mauritius; and his siblings, Richard and Marie.
He is survived by: his children, Joe, Paul (Helen) of Floral Park, NY, Michael (Mary) of Walnut Creek, CA, Thomas (Jessica) of Jekyll Island, GA, Joseph (Amy) of Libertyville, IL, Linda Garvey (Todd) of Bethel, CT and Kathleen Simmons (Greg) of Davis, CA; his grandchildren, Michael, Kelsie, Kevin Loumeau, Jack, Lauren, Grace Garvey, Matthew, Christopher, Daniel Loumeau, Brian, Benjamin Simmons, Skye, Luke Loumeau, Iliana, Sophia and Lachlan Loumeau; and his brother Harry (Carol) of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
